Harvey, a director of Working Environments shares a few thoughts on his experience of working with Webigence on their responsive contemporary furniture website.
We approached Simon and Webigence originally with a difficult brief in that we needed to combine two brands which had effectively drifted apart. Although they were originally meant to work together, we needed to combine www.bannerinteriors.com and www.thefurniturelibrary.com in such a way as to provide a clear message with a simple user experience.
Simon helped us find a local designer that we could work effectively with and we developed some design concepts with them as well as getting branding assistance from another external agency. Once we had the design, Simon and the team at Webigence took over the brief and built the website for us quickly and effectively and within the tight budget that we had to work with.
The website now gives us the corporate image that matches our style of work and portrays the furniture ranges as we needed them to be demonstrated.
Once the site was built however, and probably more importantly for us, Webigence have been on hand to help us continue improving the site whether it be through assisting our SEO teams, fine tuning the front end, or in making the site responsive in order to keep it up to date.
Since Ed and Natalie joined the team they have been even more effective with their communication and response times and have helped us on numerous occasions whether it be resolving update issues or just assisting our “non Techie” office by explaining items in clearer language.
