We have just launched the new China Quotes website. We have worked very closely with Adam Herson over the last few months to work out the specification and subsequently develop the database and website, and include full multi-lingual capabilities so all of the website displays in English and Chinese.

 

To handle the multi-lingual capabilities in the best possible way (as well as to provide all the functional requirements for Adam and his team), we have set up much of the multi-lingual data in the database where the China Quotes team can login to change factory details in English and Chinese, as well as setting up all the buttons/text/etc to switch language.

 

Furthermore, thinking from a search engine perspective, the website will list fully in both languages, meaning there will be no issues particularly as the UK site is on the .com domain and the Chinese version sits on the .cn domain.
